Director of Network Programs

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and rollout of a new provider data management platform, the remote Director of Network Programs will manage product vision, oversee platform consolidation, and ensure seamless integration while guiding a high-performing team in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision for the new provider data platform, aligning with enterprise goals
• Lead the consolidation of legacy systems and guide stakeholders through the migration process
• Oversee the design and delivery of a scalable user interface and back-end platform that supports complex provider relationships

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• 5+ years of experience in Agile software development projects
• Proven success in launching enterprise-grade platforms that replace or consolidate legacy systems
• Familiarity with data warehousing, real-time event streaming, and CRM integration tools
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
