Director of Network Strategy

Job Summary

Owning relationships with Consortium health system partners, the full-time salaried Director of Network Strategy will manage partnership lifecycles, ensure data compliance and delivery operations, and develop long-term network strategies in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for health system partners, managing onboarding, ongoing health, and escalations
• Oversee data compliance infrastructure and quality assurance processes across the partner network
• Develop and refine the long-term strategy for the Consortium network, tailoring partnerships to meet institutional needs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, health system operations, or healthcare data/compliance
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships at the executive level
• Experience with healthcare data types and de-identification/HIPAA is a plus
• Comfortable operating across both strategic and tactical levels
• Prior experience in a data licensing or health data platform business is beneficial
