Director of Operational Excellence
Job Summary
To drive operational improvements, the full-time remote Director of Operational Excellence will develop and implement strategies for process design, standardization, and continuous improvement within the organization, ensuring efficient claims processing and enhanced productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the operational excellence strategy, focusing on continuous improvement across claims processing
- Map and analyze warranty claims processes to identify and standardize improvements, ensuring operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional projects utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to address operational challenges and implement sustainable solutions
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale process improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience working with technology and product organizations
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
