Director of Operational Excellence
Job Summary
To drive financial discipline and operational transformation, the full-time remote Director of Operational Excellence will manage financial planning, workforce operations, and vendor governance while collaborating closely with leadership and business stakeholders in the UHC Data & Analytics Office.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Oversee portfolio and workforce operations, providing visibility into staffing and utilization
- Establish vendor governance processes to ensure alignment of spend with delivered value
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis or operational leadership
- Experience managing budgets and large blended workforces
- Proven track record of building financial scorecards and dashboards
- Demonstrated success in establishing vendor governance processes
