Director of Operational Excellence

Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide manufacturing improvement initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Operational Excellence will manage Lean deployment, continuous improvement strategies, and advanced engineering solutions to enhance operational performance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a multi-site Operational Excellence roadmap, including Lean deployment and waste reduction
• Lead the strategy for manufacturing automation, process engineering, and reliability standards to improve equipment uptime
• Establish common operational KPIs and deploy standard work practices to enhance safety, quality, and productivity

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing, engineering, or operational excellence experience in a multi-site environment
• Demonstrated success in delivering significant results through Lean, Six Sigma, and advanced engineering solutions
• Proven leadership experience in automation, maintenance, and process engineering
• Experience with structured problem solving and error-proofing to sustain operational gains
