Director of Operational Finance

Job Summary

As an embedded finance partner to divisional leadership, the full-time remote Director of Operational Finance will manage financial operations, drive consistency across divisions, and support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance contact for the assigned division, collaborating closely with the CEO and executive team
• Translate corporate FP&A reporting standards into division-specific execution and ensure alignment with company-wide planning cycles
• Identify operational efficiencies and support M&A activities by leading synergy tracking and integration efforts

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or finance partnering, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, bookings, and retention
• Proven financial modeling and variance analysis skills with experience presenting to senior business leaders
• Experience with M&A processes, including synergy tracking and post-acquisition integration
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
