Director of Operational Strategy

Job Summary

To support a leading global clinical research organization, the remote Director of Operational Strategy will lead operational strategy development for global clinical trials, focusing on feasibility insights, clinical operations planning, and study execution across non-oncology programs in U.S. and European markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead operational strategy development for global clinical trials, ensuring successful study delivery through feasibility insights and execution plans
• Collaborate with clinical operations and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate study opportunities, risks, and resource requirements
• Analyze protocol-specific challenges to develop data-driven recommendations that enhance trial performance and site engagement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in clinical research, operational strategy, or related functions within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environment
• Strong understanding of global clinical trial operations and patient recruitment strategies
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership on complex clinical development programs
• Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
