Job Summary

To oversee operational excellence across a growing portfolio of 40+ RV parks, the full-time salaried Director of Operations will lead and develop Regional and District Managers, ensuring alignment with company goals while enhancing guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Regional and District Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Develop and execute operational strategies while maintaining visibility into district- and park-level performance
• Manage budget performance across the portfolio, ensuring efficient resource use and accurate financial reporting

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in property management or hospitality
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of managing budgets and achieving financial targets
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team development and mentoring
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for performance optimization
• Experience in strategic planning and execution aligned with business growth objectives
