Director of Operations
Job Summary
To lead the operational performance and optimization of the Provado program, the full-time Director of Operations will manage daily execution, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance service reliability and cost efficiency in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Owns daily operational health of the Provado network, focusing on fulfillment KPIs and performance improvement initiatives
- Serves as the primary liaison for vendor management, ensuring compliance with SLAs and performance metrics
- Leads a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- Ten (10) plus years of experience in Transportation, Logistics, or Operations Leadership
- Five (5) plus years of leadership responsibility
- Experience with P&L management, forecasting, and contract compliance
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
