Director of Operations
Job Summary
To drive business performance and operational excellence, the full-time salaried Director of Operations will oversee the AEC Business Unit, managing revenue growth, operational execution, and marketing strategies while working remotely and requiring moderate travel.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accountability for revenue performance and forecasting across the AEC business unit
- Lead day-to-day operations and ensure efficient execution of customer support functions for B2C and B2B audiences
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to support business growth and operational improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience with revenue accountability and operational ownership
- Strong operational leadership and business management capabilities

- Demonstrated ability to lead across multiple functions, including sales, marketing, and operations
