Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring effective communication between staff and senior management
- Develop and implement individual and team goals to meet operational objectives
- Guide Operations Managers in achieving team and individual performance targets
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably at the Director or VP level in BPO Autonomous Vehicle Operations
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite applications
- Proven track record of exceeding operational targets
- Ability to build productive business relationships with clients
- Flexibility to travel as needed
