Director of Operations

Job Summary

To support growth objectives in a remote environment, the full-time Director of Operations will expand Flare's infrastructure by designing and executing strategic initiatives, centralizing operational performance measurement, and serving as a trusted consultant across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Centralize measurement and management of operational performance by establishing baseline measures and creating a shared dashboard
• Identify and implement continuous improvements across processes and build a shared services function to scale capabilities used by all departments
• Facilitate the annual forecasting and budgeting process in coordination with the Finance team while building a team to execute operations initiatives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations consulting or management roles, specifically within SaaS organizations
• Prior experience in cybersecurity organizations and with start-up/scale-up environments is preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in cross-functional project management and developing automated solutions for efficiency
• Exceptional communication skills across multiple audience levels, from individual contributors to executives
• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
