Director of Operations

Job Summary

Leading operational excellence, the full-time salaried Director of Operations will manage the design and improvement of processes, quality assurance, and training while ensuring service delivery meets customer expectations and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive daily performance of operations teams to exceed service and quality levels while adhering to budget constraints
• Establish and maintain Quality Control/Quality Assurance programs that surpass customer requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance services and ensure compliance with customer contracts and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
• At least seven years of management experience in a production-based environment
• Hands-on experience with continuous improvement processes
• Proven experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Statistical analysis
• Strong project management and organizational skills
