Director of Operations

Job Summary

Leading the design and improvement of operational processes, the full-time salaried Director of Operations will manage teams to exceed service levels and ensure quality outcomes while collaborating with various departments and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive daily performance of operations teams to exceed service and quality levels while adhering to budget constraints
• Establish and maintain Quality Control/Quality Assurance programs that surpass customer requirements
• Develop and implement standard workflows, processes, and training programs in coordination with subject matter experts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of industry-related experience and education
• At least seven years of management experience in a production-based environment
• Hands-on experience with evolving processes in a continuous improvement environment
• Proven experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and/or Statistical analysis
• Strong project management, organization, and coordination skills
