Director of Operations

Job Summary

To build and lead the operational backbone of a fast-growing consumer business, the remote Director of Operations & Supply Chain will manage sourcing, procurement, demand and supply planning, and 3PL operations while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and reporting directly to the COO.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and oversee contract manufacturing partners
• Own procurement processes and lead demand and supply planning, including forecasting and inventory management
• Manage 3PL relationships, ensuring inventory accuracy and overseeing logistics operations

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years of operations and supply chain leadership experience, preferably in high-growth consumer products or e-commerce
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, operations, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• Deep experience in managing contract manufacturers and suppliers, including sourcing and negotiation
• Strong expertise in demand and supply planning, including forecasting and inventory strategy
• Experience with ERP implementations or operational transformations
