Director of Operations

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of operational strategies, the full-time remote Director of Operations will manage day-to-day issues, serve as a primary liaison between product leadership and shared services, and drive process improvements to support product growth and performance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a primary operational liaison to ensure alignment and timely decision-making across enterprise and market operations
• Partner with stakeholders to define operational strategies, objectives, KPIs, and standardized procedures for scalable execution
• Monitor operational performance, identifying gaps and opportunities to optimize operations for assigned products

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in managed care operations, particularly in Medicare or Duals
• Experience with project management and operations in the healthcare industry preferred
• Strong understanding of government contracting and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to develop best practices and process improvements
