Director of Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Director of Operations will build and enhance operational systems, oversee departmental performance, and ensure financial forecasting and resource allocation align with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational systems that drive accountability and performance across non-media-buying departments
• Provide accurate financial forecasting and operational visibility to support strategic decision-making
• Lead department managers, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maintaining high standards of performance

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in building and scaling operational systems within a growing company
• Strong financial acumen, including knowledge of profitability, forecasting, and expense management
• Demonstrated ability to lead and hold senior team members accountable
• Experience in translating strategic objectives into measurable operational plans and KPIs
• Proficiency in implementing performance management processes and reporting systems
