Director of Operations

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing fertility practice, the full-time Director of Strategic Implementation Operations will translate company growth priorities into operational strategies and measurable initiatives, collaborating with executive leaders across various departments while working in a hybrid/remote environment with approximately 20% travel.

Key responsibilities

• Translate enterprise growth priorities into operational strategies and measurable initiatives across markets
• Own key performance metrics related to marketing, patient funnel, and operational performance, developing dashboards and executive summaries
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology partners to define and prioritize business requirements and workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 2-5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or a similarly analytical role
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience using operational and financial data to inform decisions
• Proven ability to translate strategy into operating plans and scalable execution models
• Experience in healthcare, fertility, or operationally complex businesses is preferred
