Director of Operations Training

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of technical training programs, the full-time Director of Operations Training will develop and govern mandatory training requirements for the Facility Operations team while driving operational excellence initiatives across multiple data facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Set the technical training strategy and oversee the development and effectiveness of training programs across Operations
• Own governance of the technician qualification program and ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements
• Lead the fleet-wide emergency preparedness drill program and translate incident findings into operational improvements

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical training or operational excellence, with significant responsibility for leading technical programs
• 5+ years of experience in leading technical teams and developing talent
• Experience with HVAC and critical electrical systems, including power distribution systems in a data center environment
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior Operations leaders and manage cross-functional initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field
