Director of Order to Cash
Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and operationally minded Director of Order to Cash, this full-time remote position will manage end-to-end revenue operations, including billing, collections, and payment settlements, while leading initiatives to enhance cash flow and customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end billing, invoicing, collections, and payment settlements across subscription and transaction-based revenue
- Lead operational oversight of the revenue function and partner on ASC 606 revenue recognition
- Build and implement a collections strategy to reduce aged receivables and improve recovery rates
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in billing, collections, payment operations, or revenue operations, preferably in fintech or SaaS
- Proven experience in building and leading teams, with a focus on end-to-end operational processes
- Familiarity with revenue accounting (ASC 606) and payment processing systems like Stripe or TSYS
- Experience with ERP, billing, and CRM systems such as Workday or Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience; CPA is a plus
