Director of Organizational Effectiveness

Job Summary

To drive organizational transformation, the remote full-time Director of Organizational Effectiveness will manage the implementation of people strategies, oversee employee engagement initiatives, and lead change management efforts while serving as the center of expertise for AI-enabled workflow transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with People leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy
• Own the end-to-end employee engagement strategy, including surveys and action planning
• Lead the change management strategy for major organizational initiatives, collaborating with Internal Communications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in HR or related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Organizational Development with a focus on transformation initiatives
• Proven experience in building project management practices within a People/HR function
• Strong background in designing employee engagement and performance management strategies
• Familiarity with AI tools and their impact on people and workflow strategy is a plus
