Director of Organizational Effectiveness

Job Summary

Seeking a bold and pragmatic Director of Organizational Effectiveness in a full-time capacity, this role will manage cultural transformation initiatives, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and build enterprise change capability while collaborating closely with senior executives in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to define and embed leadership behaviors and ways of working aligned with organizational strategy
• Advise and facilitate leadership sessions to enhance team effectiveness and decision-making across functions
• Create a repeatable change management approach and measure adoption to ensure successful implementation of initiatives

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, or related disciplines
• Proven track record of leading culture transformation in complex, global organizations
• Hands-on experience assessing readiness and measuring adoption across multiple changes
• Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, business, human resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Familiarity with change frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter; certification is a plus
