Job Summary
Leading the strategic and operational aspects of Outbound functions, the full-time Director of Outbound Engagement will optimize workflows, drive member outreach initiatives, and enhance team performance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the operational strategy and roadmap for the Outbound function
- Collaborate with senior-level stakeholders to develop and implement successful programs and initiatives
- Establish performance metrics aligned with business objectives and drive operational performance to meet ambitious goals
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading operations across multiple workstreams
- Proven ability to drive new initiatives and achieve direct business outcomes
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to establish quantitative goals
- Healthcare or health insurance experience is a plus
