Director of Partner Experience
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and operations for digital partner engagement, the full-time remote Director of Partner Experience will manage the Optiv One Partner Portal, enhance partner onboarding and engagement, and drive scalable go-to-market programs to optimize partner and seller experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of the Optiv One Partner Portal, ensuring effective partner onboarding and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and implement platform improvements
- Develop and manage scalable go-to-market programs that align partner objectives with Optiv's sales initiatives and customer opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 8+ years of experience in partner programs, channel operations, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs at the director level
- Experience with partner portals or comparable B2B platforms
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of defining KPIs and interpreting engagement data
