Leading a team of onboarding specialists, the full-time remote Director of Partner Onboarding will manage the implementation and onboarding of new partners across a travel technology platform, ensuring successful project execution and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of onboarding specialists, overseeing complex onboarding projects
- Develop and standardize onboarding methodologies and ensure smooth transitions from contract to go-live
- Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding workflows to enhance efficiency and partner satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software implementation, onboarding, or customer success roles
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership position managing cross-functional projects
- Strong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence
- Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance business processes
