Director of Partner Operations
Job Summary
To design and build a comprehensive partner ecosystem, the full-time remote Director of Partner Programs & Operations will manage partner programs, operations, and enablement while collaborating with leadership to drive partner-sourced pipeline and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Define and refresh partner program structures, including tiering, benefits, and business planning across various partner types
- Manage operational relationships with hyperscalers and top-tier partners to ensure compliance and effective funding mechanics
- Design and oversee partner systems, processes, and metrics to measure business performance and capacity
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in partner operations, channel operations, or revenue operations, with at least five years in a leadership role
- Direct experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure partner programs from an operational perspective
- Proven track record of building partner capabilities and understanding partner economics
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce partner data models and PRM platforms
- SQL fluency for analyzing partner performance metrics
