Director of Partnerships
Job Summary
To support strategic growth initiatives, the remote Director of Partnerships will manage key partner relationships, develop and implement partnership strategies, and drive new opportunities within the healthcare ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of partner relationships, serving as the primary business point of contact to drive success and identify opportunities for expansion
- Build and codify TailorMed's partnership playbook, defining evaluation, governance, and scaling processes for partnerships
- Establish and track partnership KPIs and business objectives to ensure alignment with strategic and financial goals
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, or a related field
- Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, life sciences, or provider organizations
- Strong strategic and analytical judgment with the ability to assess business models and partnership economics
- Proven relationship-building skills with the ability to manage complex external engagements
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive new initiatives in fast-paced environments
