Director of Partnerships
Job Summary
Owning the relationships that extend product offerings, the full-time remote Director of Partnerships will manage banking partners, liquidity providers, and blockchain ecosystems while driving integration and compliance efforts to enhance business development.
Key responsibilities
- Map and manage existing and potential partnerships to identify gaps and opportunities
- Run partnership cycles from sourcing to closing, including structuring agreements with legal and finance teams
- Develop and implement a partnerships strategy, including a partner program with onboarding and co-marketing initiatives
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in partnership management or business development within the fintech or blockchain sectors
- Strong understanding of legal and compliance requirements related to partnerships
- Ability to analyze market opportunities and develop strategic partnership roadmaps
- Experience structuring partnership agreements, including revenue share and pricing terms
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales
