Job Summary
Leading the centralized initiative for front-end revenue cycle workflows, the full-time remote Director of Patient Access will serve as a liaison between local ministries and the Professional Revenue Cycle, focusing on performance analytics and educational resources across Providence's professional markets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and standardize clinic/professional front-end revenue cycle workflows
- Create educational collateral and establish performance thresholds for revenue cycle processes
- Analyze front-end revenue cycle metrics to drive improvements and efficiencies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or administrative services
- 8 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Proven ability to evaluate organizational needs and implement process changes
