Job Summary
Leading the centralized initiative for front-end revenue cycle workflows, the full-time remote Director of Patient Access will serve as a liaison between local ministries and the Professional Revenue Cycle, focusing on educational collateral and performance analytics across Providence's professional markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement standardized clinic/professional revenue cycle workflows
- Produce educational materials and establish performance thresholds for front-end revenue cycle processes
- Analyze front-end revenue cycle metrics to drive improvements and support local ministries
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or administrative services
- 8 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Proven track record in evaluating organizational needs and implementing process changes
