Director of Patient Access

Job Summary

Leading the centralized initiative for front-end revenue cycle workflows, the full-time salaried Director of Patient Access will serve as a liaison between local ministries and the Professional Revenue Cycle while managing educational collateral and performance analytics in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement standardized clinic and professional front-end revenue cycle workflows
• Create educational materials and performance thresholds for revenue cycle operations
• Analyze front-end revenue cycle metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness across professional markets

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or administrative services
• 8 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Proven track record in evaluating organizational needs and implementing process improvements
