Director of Patient Access

Job Summary

Leading the centralized initiative for front-end revenue cycle workflows, the full-time salaried Director of Patient Access will manage the liaison between local ministries and the Professional Revenue Cycle while developing educational materials and performance analytics in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and standardize clinic/professional front-end revenue cycle workflows
• Create educational collateral and performance thresholds for revenue cycle initiatives
• Analyze front-end revenue cycle data to improve operational efficiency across the organization

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare and revenue cycle management
• 8 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Proven ability to evaluate organizational needs and implement process improvements
