Director of Payer Enrollment Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing enterprise client, the remote Director of Payer Enrollment Operations will lead the operational implementation, manage a dedicated team, and ensure compliance with SLAs while driving efficiency and quality improvements in payer enrollment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operational implementation of new client accounts, including team setup, workflows, and reporting
• Own end-to-end delivery against contractual SLAs, managing client relationships and performance reviews
• Identify areas for process improvement and automation, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy & operations, management consulting, or operations leadership in a high-growth environment
• Proven track record of owning outcomes and driving results in complex projects
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to manage KPIs and identify root causes
• Experience leading onshore and offshore teams, including vendor management
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels
