To support a growing healthtech startup, the full-time salaried Director of Payment Integrity Solutions will lead client implementations from kickoff to go-live, shaping AI platform configurations and building scalable playbooks in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client implementations, including scoping, workflow configuration, and launch
- Translate client payment integrity programs into effective configurations of the platform
- Build and refine the implementation playbook and best practices for health plan environments
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in healthcare payment integrity with strong knowledge of claims review and coding validation
- Proven track record in leading complex claims or healthcare technology implementations
- Experience managing executive-level client relationships and communicating effectively
- Strong project and program management skills, managing multiple concurrent implementations
- Comfort with AI-enabled tools and claims platforms, with credibility among PI operators and engineers
