Job Summary
To drive the growth and performance of payments capabilities, the full-time remote Director of Payments will manage cross-functional initiatives, enhance customer experiences, and oversee payment operations while collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless integrated payments experience for dental practices.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or related financial technology sectors
- Proven track record of growing a payments business or product
- Strong understanding of payment processing and operational performance metrics
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams on technology-enabled payment solutions
- Excellent leadership and relationship management skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment
