Director of PDM Operations

Job Summary

To support the growth of an education technology company, the full-time Director of PDM Operations will manage the centralized Partner Data Manager (PDM) system, shaping its vision and roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and ensure alignment with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the business owner for PDM, translating broader business priorities into a clear roadmap and requirements
• Build and maintain a structured intake and prioritization process for enhancement requests, balancing various operational needs
• Act as the primary point of accountability for PDM, representing its capabilities and roadmap to leadership while resolving cross-functional roadblocks

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business systems, enterprise application management, or product/program leadership
• 3+ years in a director-level or equivalent strategic leadership role
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers
• Demonstrated experience in owning a roadmap or product strategy for a business-critical system
• Experience with business case development and cross-functional stakeholder management at the executive level
