Job Summary
Serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, the full-time Director of People Business Partner will translate business strategy into talent and workforce plans while collaborating with senior leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior executives to develop and implement workforce strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with leaders to identify and cultivate top talent and succession plans while driving inclusion strategies
- Guide leaders in fostering a positive culture and monitor employee engagement trends to enhance the employee experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HRBP or equivalent leadership role
- Proven track record in change management, organizational design, and talent strategy
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy to business objectives
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
