Director of People Business Partner

Job Summary

To support a growing technology organization, the full-time salaried Director of People Business Partner will serve as the primary People partner to the Chief Technology Officer, leading a team to shape and execute people strategies that enhance talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People partner to the CTO, translating technology strategy into integrated people plans
• Lead a team of People Business Partners, driving core people processes and coaching leaders through organizational design and employee relations
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain engineering and technical talent while identifying retention risks and engagement trends

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including senior HR Business Partner roles in high-growth environments
• Experience partnering with technology leaders in SaaS or fintech companies
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing People Business Partners or similar HR professionals
• Deep knowledge of org design, workforce planning, and employee engagement
• Strong data orientation and familiarity with HR technology, particularly Workday
