Director of People & Culture

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and growth-minded Director of People & Culture, the full-time remote position will lead organizational development, employee experience, and talent strategy while supporting significant growth from approximately 50 to 500+ employees.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team and develop a multi-year people strategy
• Lead people initiatives during periods of rapid growth and manage all people-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions
• Champion company culture and develop engagement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and collaboration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
• 15+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience, with at least 7 years in an AEC or professional services organization
• Significant experience in mergers and acquisitions integration
• Strong understanding of compensation strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning
• Experience building HR infrastructure in high-growth environments
