Director of People & Culture
Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the fully remote Director of People & Culture will lead all aspects of organizational development, employee experience, and talent strategy while partnering closely with the executive team to drive company growth from approximately 50 to 500+ employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year people strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Lead all people-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and integrations
- Champion and protect company culture while implementing engagement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 15+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience, with a minimum of 7 years in an architecture, engineering, or construction organization
- Significant experience with mergers and acquisitions integration
- Direct experience reporting to an executive leadership team
- Demonstrated experience using AI and data analytics to improve HR processes and decision-making
