Director of People Operations

Job Summary

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the full-time remote Director of People Operations will lead and develop a small team while actively managing employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives to support the company's evolving culture and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to set people priorities and translate them into actionable plans
• Act as a trusted advisor on talent decisions, workforce planning, and team health while managing sensitive employee relations matters
• Design and drive programs across performance management, talent development, and employee engagement using data to inform decisions

Required qualifications

• HR leadership experience within a fast-growing SaaS company
• Hands-on expertise in employee relations, performance management, and people operations
• Experience as a player-coach, leading a small team while managing key responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and U.S. employment law; international experience is a plus
• Proficiency with tools such as Rippling, Notion, Greenhouse, and Google Suite preferred
