Job Summary

Leading the operational model and service delivery for People Operations and Talent Acquisition, the full-time remote Director of People Operations will manage global processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and enhancing employee experience while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and oversee the global People Operations operating model, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance-related workflows
• Manage the People Operations and Talent Acquisition Operations teams to create clear expectations and a culture of ownership
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver reliable People and Talent processes and lead change adoption for operational improvements

Required qualifications

• Experience in leading People Operations and Talent Acquisition functions with a focus on operational excellence
• Strong understanding of compliance, employee lifecycle processes, and service delivery standards
• Proven ability to develop and implement scalable processes and documentation
• Demonstrated capability in managing vendor partnerships and operational risks
• Exceptional collaborative skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
