To elevate the human resources function strategically, the full-time salaried Director of People Operations will manage the team member lifecycle, oversee total rewards strategies, and drive technology initiatives in a remote environment.

Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in people operations and total rewards management
- Proven track record of leading teams and influencing outcomes with senior leadership
- Experience in high-growth tech environments, preferably in insurance or fintech
- Workday certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
