Director of People Partnering

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Director of People Partnering will act as a dedicated advisor to Global Shared Services leaders, focusing on workforce planning, talent management, and building employee relations frameworks, while working remotely with required time zone overlaps.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Global Shared Services leaders on team structure, workforce planning, and talent decisions
• Build and implement standards for handling behavior and performance concerns across the organization
• Coach senior leaders on leadership development and manage performance-related discussions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of HR business partner experience with senior leaders, particularly in fast-growing or transforming organizations
• Experience building employee relations standards and frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
• Proven track record of influencing without formal authority in a matrixed environment
• Experience advising on disciplinary and capability decisions, including dismissals
• Strong judgment and ability to maintain trust with senior leaders
