Director of People Partners
Job Summary
Leading the People Partner function, the full-time Director of People Partners will develop strategies that align with business objectives, manage a team of People Partners, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the People Partner strategy, priorities, KPIs, and success measures in alignment with business objectives
- Lead, coach, and develop the People Partner team, ensuring ongoing growth and development
- Provide strategic oversight for workforce planning, organizational design, and compliance with HR policies
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive human resources or People Partner experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience supporting complex healthcare organizations or multi-site healthcare operations
- Hands-on experience using Workday for HR business processes and workforce reporting
- Knowledge of AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics in HR or workforce operations
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, healthcare administration, or a related field
