Director of People Strategy

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted advisor within the Office of the Chief People Officer, the full-time remote Director of People Strategy will manage strategic initiatives, develop executive communications, and leverage people analytics to drive organizational effectiveness and accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner to the People Leadership Team, prioritizing initiatives and ensuring alignment across the People function
• Develop and prepare executive-level communications and board materials, translating complex data into clear narratives
• Utilize people analytics to inform strategy, track progress against goals, and identify opportunities for operational improvement

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategic operations, program/project management, or management consulting, with a focus on high-accountability roles
• Proven ability to create high-quality executive and board-level presentations, demonstrating strong storytelling through data
• Experience preparing materials for Board of Directors or Compensation Committees, ideally in People, Finance, or Strategy roles
• Strong fluency in people analytics, with experience working with workforce and talent metrics to inform decision-making
• Excellent program management skills, capable of managing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
