Director of Per Diem Operations

Job Summary

Leading the growth and performance of healthcare staffing in the Per Diem division, the full-time remote Director of Per Diem Operations will manage full-cycle operations, including recruitment, talent pipelines, account management, and new business development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales, recruitment, and expansion strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
• Hire, coach, and manage recruiters and account managers, fostering a culture of accountability
• Establish and monitor KPIs to identify gaps and drive results in client retention and recruitment alignment

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in the healthcare staffing space
• Proven success in managing staffing operations, sales, recruitment, and account management teams
• Deep understanding of profit margins and data-driven decision-making via CRM/ATS systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
