Director of Pharmacy Claims Technology
Job Summary
Leading the development of pharmacy claims adjudication technology, the full-time remote Director of Product (Pharmacy Claims Platform) will manage product direction, enhance adjudication capabilities, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and priorities for pharmacy adjudication and transaction capabilities
- Define requirements across the pharmacy claims lifecycle, including eligibility and financial reconciliation
- Partner with engineering to shape platform capabilities and ensure operational readiness
Required qualifications
- At least 8 years in product management or related roles, with 3 years focused on pharmacy claims adjudication technology
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy claims adjudication, PBM operations, and the transaction lifecycle
- Hands-on understanding of NCPDP transactions and claims processing complexities
- Proven experience leading cross-functional product initiatives from requirements to production
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience
