Director of Physician Recruitment

Job Summary

To expand clinical capabilities, the full-time remote Director of Physician Recruitment will cultivate relationships with residency programs and medical societies, drive physician acquisition, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new providers.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate high-touch relationships with residency directors and prospective physician candidates to build a sustainable talent pipeline
• Deliver a concierge recruitment experience by managing practice site visits and contract discussions alongside practice leadership
• Serve as a feedback loop between clinical providers and executive leadership to enhance provider satisfaction and retention

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in physician recruitment or healthcare business development within a hospital system or PE-backed organization
• Demonstrated track record of operating effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and candidate pipeline management
• Established networks across medical residency/fellowship programs and regional medical societies within target specialties preferred
