Job Summary
Seeking a visionary leader, the full-time salaried Director of Platform Product Management will define and scale the product strategy for TaxEx, Treasury, and BPaaS solutions, focusing on expanding beyond the Workday ecosystem in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for expanding OSV's offerings beyond the Workday ecosystem
- Own the product vision, strategy, outcomes, and roadmap for TaxEx and Treasury capabilities, ensuring alignment with market needs
- Translate prioritized market opportunities into scalable product offerings and partner-ready solution packages, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive product management or leadership experience in B2B or enterprise products
- Demonstrated success in defining product strategy and taking new-market products from discovery to commercialization
- Experience with platform products, ecosystems, APIs, and multi-party B2B solutions
- Strong capabilities in product discovery, market analysis, and outcome measurement
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively
